Parallel to the inhouse design development of the steam station, Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte asigned us to create the product design of the handheld part. In order to achieve uniqueness and recognisability amongst a wide number of competitiors' products, we developed an accentuating outline element, which works both as eye-catching accent and optically as reminiscence of the more elegant shape with open handle.
