We are therefore all the more proud that Victorinox trusted in our design expertise and asked us to develop designs for the NOVA-Y and NOVA-I peelers.
The two peelers are characterised by their clear and iconographic design language, which conveys timeless elegance and at the same time guarantees maximum functionality.
Our design process was characterised by the aim of exploring and perfecting the archetypal state of a peeler. It was not just about creating a functional tool, but an object that fulfils the ideals of clarity, precision and durability.
The iconographic silhouettes of NOVA-Y and NOVA-I are made from high-quality Tritan and stainless steel, giving them exceptional durability. The razor-sharp blade forms the binding element in the striking silhouette.
The NOVA-Y peeler is ideal for long fruit and vegetables such as cucumbers and carrots. The NOVA-I peeler, on the other hand, is suitable for round fruit and vegetables and is also ideal for creating fine chocolate shavings for desserts.
