Design of an all-purpose slicer in a material mix of plastic and aluminum. Characteristic is the unjagged, softly flowing design of the motor housing in combination with a side view consisting of a few spanned arches. The images document the design process from the first sketch through concept renderings to the finished product.
The timeless and elegant design language creates a high design quality, which is noticeable last but not least in the duration of its presence on the market. After the MS 65 was sold for 10 years after its launch in 2006, thus generating a considerable life cycle and a corresponding profit margin after return on investment, we are particularly pleased with the durability of our design for the entry-level plastic food slicer MS 4200, which was launched in 2003 and achieved a life cycle of 15 years.
