Extensive research tasks also include the description and analysis of usage scenarios of relevant products on site in exemplary households in the target markets, such as the documentation presented here as part of a project to conceptualize and design innovative kitchen appliances for the Haier Group in China.

We describe design languages and brand worlds of the most important benchmark competitors, create target group analyses, analyze and document user behavior, technology and design trends.

Using these findings, we describe possible themes, design directions and potentials for the development of product design or user interface design as a basis for further design development.
