We were asked to develop a stylish and sporty product ready for competition in a low to mid-prize mass market, which required intensive consideration and improvement of all the little things – functional, technical and ergonomic details such as a handle for quick gripping or hanging, a fliptop that remains stable at the end stop and does not fall back into the face, a comfortable drinking position without having to press parts of the lid into the nose, a new spring that can be removed for cleaning for lump-free shaking, the avoidance of recesses and holes inside the lid for easier cleaning and much more.

Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with our Chinese development partner and series manufacturer, we were able to offer the entire package – from design to pre-construction, color and material variants, product graphics, construction, tooling and series production. Thanks to the well-coordinated communication and close integration of design, construction and tooling, it was possible to implement the many small and large detailed improvements in the areas of usability and manufacturing technology quickly and efficiently.
